Do you offer refunds?
No. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a product has been purchased and delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges under any circumstances.

Can I preview the kits before I buy?

What if I didn’t receive my download?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s still missing, email us at support@dropthatkit.com and we’ll resend the download link right away.

Orders & Downloads

How do I access my kits after purchase?
After checkout, you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page. A backup link will also be sent to your email. If you created an account, your purchases will be available in your user dashboard.

Are the files compatible with my DAW?
Yes. Most kits include WAV, MIDI, or preset files that work in all major DAWs such as FL Studio, Ableton, Logic Pro, and others. Check each product page for specifics.

How long do I have to download my purchase?
Download links do not expire. You can access your purchases at any time through your account dashboard.

Licensing & Usage

Who sets the license for each kit?
Licensing terms are determined by the producer or seller who created the kit. Each product may come with its own unique license, which will be clearly stated on the product page.

Are all kits royalty-free?
Most kits are royalty-free for use in music production, but some sellers may apply specific terms — for example, allowing royalty-free use up to 100,000 streams before requiring a royalty split or further clearance. Be sure to read the license details provided by the seller before purchasing.

Can I use these kits in commercial beats and placements?

Can I resell, share, or upload the kits elsewhere?
No. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the contents of any kit — whether for free or paid — is strictly prohibited. Violating this can result in removal from the platform.

Where do I find the license for a kit?
Each product page will include licensing info in the description. If a seller includes a downloadable license file, it will be included in the product zip.

Chargebacks & Disputes

What happens if a buyer requests a chargeback?
Buyers are encouraged to contact us before disputing a charge. False or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account suspension.

I'm a seller — am I responsible for disputes?
Yes. Sellers are responsible for resolving any disputes related to their products. Keep clear records of your listings, delivery confirmation, and customer interactions.

What happens if a seller has too many disputes?
High dispute rates may result in account review, suspension, or removal from the platform to maintain buyer confidence and payment integrity.
